Launch of our Intergenerational Aerial Activity
We are excited to have launched our intergenerational aerial silk activity as part of the project "Bodies in Motion, Hearts Connected". This initiative represents an exciting step towards developing strength, flexibility, and trust through fun and engaging activities.
Our aerial sessions are designed to foster creativity, teamwork, and inclusion. Each participant—women and girls, including those with disabilities—discovers new ways to move, express themselves, and connect with others, both physically and emotionally. The goal is to strengthen intergenerational bonds, self-esteem, psychosocial well-being, and inclusion through movement.
A big thank you to our wonderful participants and our talented instructor who make this experience so special! We can’t wait to see these bonds grow stronger throughout the upcoming sessions.
And this is just the beginning! We are excited to explore even more inclusive activities: wheelchair sports, yoga, art, circus, and much more! Stay tuned for even more fun, laughter, and unforgettable moments, all while celebrating diversity and inclusion.
This project is launched by Red Oak with the support of La Guilde with the support of the French Embassy in Lebanon, in collaboration with:
