Creating Opportunities for Women in West Bekaa
The project focuses on providing vocational training in Cosmetics and Manicure, a field chosen for its low startup cost, ease of access, and high local demand. Participants will gain hands-on skills that enable them to begin offering beauty services within their communities, fostering economic independence and entrepreneurship.
In addition to technical training, the women will receive financial literacy education, digital marketing training, and legal awareness workshops on workers’ rights in Lebanon. Each participant will be equipped with a starter kit to help launch her own small business.
This initiative combines skill-building, empowerment, and sustainable income generation, offering real opportunities for women to take control of their futures. The project reflects a shared commitment to inclusive development and community resilience.
